Be prepared! Residents and their guests should be advised that snow, ice, and slippery roads can be a factor most of the year. 4 wheel drive will be required at times. There are no services, no gas stations, etc. available up here, Indian Springs will be the closest fuel station which is approximately 22 miles from Cold Creek.
WATER METERS
Between October and April, ALL WATER METER BOXES NEED TO BE COVERED FROM FREEZING.
WIND ADVISORY
Cold Creek has experienced wind gusts upwards of 100 mph, please pay attention to construction materials and debris that could cause harm to a neighbor in a high wind event.
